Delivery Policy
H.E.E ships via Autralia Post. The Australia post services do not guarantee delivery times.
Therefore we are not responsible for late deliveries. To make sure you get your products on time, a 2-3 day notice is encouraged.
A $10.00 delivery charge to all orders will applied. This is costings for express post(overnight to most areas).
Express mail will be delivered the next day. However, we do not guarantee this as a next day delivery.Therefore we cannot refund postage for Express mail that is not delivered the next day, as deliveries are dependent on where you live and rest upon the postal sevice, not H.E.E. We hope you undrestand.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds!
We do not exchange or replace hair or products, after they have been purchased.
STYLISTS: If you want your clients to have a good experience with their hair extensions, you must educate them on the recommended hair care set by H.E.E.
These guidlines are sent with every package you receive. It is up to you to relate these guidlines to your client. Further, we are not responsible for any product dissatifaction your client may have, as this is often the result to improper hair care.
